  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver positive experiences for both in-store and online customers
  • Cross-train and develop sales team members on all aspects of Home Department products and services
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need proven retail experience, a broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods, and excellent customer service skills.

  • Essential Skills:
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities
  • Sales skills and ability to work under pressure
