Job Overview

Online Sales Specialist - Wholesale Fashion Opportunity

This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves selling wholesale fashion products to online retailers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

They will also be confident in engaging with customers through social media platforms and able to upsell styles in a live video format.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with our online customer community

  • Engage with customers on social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Daily live videos focusing on recommending styles to customers using excellent product knowledge and upselling.

Customer Service

  • Manage customer accounts and build relationships with regular buyers of online and physical store retailers.
  • Provide customer service via in-showroom and online, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele.

Sales Strategy

  • Generate a sales strategy to create conversion online through our website.

Communication and Merchandising

  • Communicate with all customer accounts on a weekly basis.
  • Process orders and create invoices.
  • Merchandise the showroom and front window mannequin displays.

Requirements

  • Ability to upsell styles in a live video format.
  • Possess excellent communication and people skills.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude.
