Job Overview

A Laboratory Analyst is required to join our team in Sydney. The position reports to the Business Manager - Analytical Services and encompasses a range of responsibilities, requiring planning, coordination, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of grain samples
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Analyse data and provide insights for business improvement
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in science, with a major in Chemistry or Food Technology
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and effective verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills and Qualifications

You will require:

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Effective time management to complete tasks within allocated timelines
  • Knowledge of LIMs and experience in a NATA / ISO 17025 accredited laboratory
