Job Description

We're seeking an accomplished landscape architect to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. Our focus is on delivering innovative, site-sensitive designs that create a sense of place and align with client and community needs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient and cost-effective landscape solutions for various projects. They will independently deliver concept and technical design packages, supervise less experienced members, and contribute to the commercial management of landscape design commissions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landscape solutions
  • Deliver independent design packages and oversee junior staff
  • Manage day-to-day commercial aspects of landscape design projects
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to less experienced team members
  • Perform all phases of the design process, from concept to documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with a strong understanding of Western Australian environmental conditions and plant knowledge. A Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or equivalent is required. AILA registration is highly desirable.

Candidates should also possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD-based programs (Revit preferred). Proven project delivery and project management skills are essential.
