Integration Specialist Role Summary

This role is instrumental in leading the business analysis team, guiding the development and delivery of API platform solutions. As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading solutions, ensuring comprehensive requirements capture and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience as an Integration Specialist or similar, with expertise in large-scale API platform delivery to external developers. Proficiency in technologies such as REST, JSON, MTLS, OAuth, and tools like Swagger, Postman, and GitHub are essential. Familiarity with systems like Apigee, Drupal, AWS, or equivalents is also desirable.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Upholding business analysis standards
  • Conducting gap analyses to ensure 100% requirement coverage
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Project Managers, Operations, Developers, and Testers
  • Delivering BA artefacts adhering to organisational standards
  • Managing Product Backlog: Identifying, documenting, and refining user stories

To excel in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation) and be able to independently gather Business and Systems requirements.
