Job Title: Area Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Area Manager to oversee operations in Western Australia. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent people management skills, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards and client satisfaction across various sectors.

  • Oversee daily operations of cleaning services and ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead a team of subcontractor cleaning staff.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports on area performance, including any challenges and strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other managers and departments to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and staff.
  • Highly organised with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
  • A valid driver's licence and the ability to do some out-of-metro travel.
