Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned technology strategist to collaborate with partners and clients to comprehend their business needs. This role entails close teamwork with various departments, including product managers and technical support teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client requirements.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement Citrix-based solutions that address customer challenges. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Citrix products and solutions, as well as the ability to stay updated on the latest product releases, features, and industry trends.

  • Technical Expertise: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase Citrix solutions to potential clients.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with clients to design tailored Citrix-based solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits and features of Citrix products, addressing any technical concerns or questions.
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with the post-sales and technical support teams to ensure smooth implementation and resolution of any technical issues.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) and proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role. Strong understanding of Citrix products and solutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and relevant certifications are highly valued.
