Crowd Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crowd Management Specialist to join our team. As a Crowd Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining order and ensuring the safety of patrons at events and venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage crowd behavior to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • IDentify and address potential safety hazards and disruptive behavior
  • Conduct thorough security checks at entry points to control access
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
  • Liaise with event staff and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Enforce venue policies and regulations to maintain compliance

Requirements:

  • Current valid Crowd Controller license
  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Proven experience in crowd control or a related security role (at least 1 year)
  • Strong observational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
