We are seeking Food and Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional customer service across multiple areas of RAAF Base Edinburgh in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer experience during daily operations and events, respecting Defence traditions.
  • Maintain clean and well-presented dining and bar areas, including buffets and menus.
  • Operate bar services according to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards and licensing regulations.
  • Support stock management: rotation, restocking, inventory checks, and supply handling.
  • Ensure safe food handling and sanitation protocols are adhered to; equipment is properly used and maintained.
  • Deliver meals across various base locations in support of kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments.
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA).
  • A sound understanding of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation, and statutory obligations.
  • A current Australian driver's license.
  • Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance. Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
