As a key professional in our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the import and export of air freight operations. This role involves leading a team to drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and strong relationships with internal departments, external customers, and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance the skills and career growth of team members through coaching and on-the-job learning.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for air operations, providing guidance and contributing directly to service delivery when needed.
  • Align operational activities with our global strategies and local market needs, guiding teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including monitoring and ownership of key metrics, while driving timely and accurate sales invoicing and costing.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for issue resolution with internal and external parties.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and enhance core operational products.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and accountability for profit & loss results related to operational activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within your team and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead by example, setting clear expectations for direct and indirect team members to achieve expected levels of performance and productivity.
