We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Bupa Banora Point, a leading provider of aged care services in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.

As a Caregiver with Bupa, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes resident well-being and quality of life.

This is a full-time permanent role, offering a competitive salary of $31.24 + super per hour. Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Participating in multidisciplinary care planning and implementation

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively, and strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
