The Communications and Engagement Manager will work collaboratively with our development and marketing teams to manage market research, oversee community outreach, execute engagement campaigns for projects, coordinate deliverables and support outward-facing initiatives. A key responsibility of this role is to support and foster our partnerships with First Nations communities through respectful engagement and relationship-building.

Success in this role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail and a proactive approach to community and stakeholder engagement. Supporting cross-functional collaboration between marketing, communications and development teams, this candidate is expected to research and execute grant applications, support with proposal writing, develop press releases and be adept in technical writing. An important component of the role is fostering meaningful relationships and partnerships with First Nations communities, grounded in cultural awareness.
