Corporate Immigration Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled corporate immigration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our immigration department, you will be responsible for assisting clients with employer-sponsored visa applications and partner visas.

Your primary focus will be on advising, preparing, and lodging subclass 186, 400, 407, 408, 482, 485, and 494 applications, as well as partner visas. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on immigration matters related to employer-sponsored visas and partner visas
  • Preparing and lodging visa applications with the relevant authorities
  • Providing ongoing support to clients during the application process
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in Australian immigration legislation and policy
Requirements
  • A admitted solicitor with at least 12 months experience in immigration law
  • Proven expertise in employer-sponsored visa applications and partner visas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration legislation and policy
