Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Gelato Production Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating high-quality gelato products and have excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of our production process, including:

  • Preparing and Creating Gelato Flavours: The candidate will assist in preparing and creating gelato flavours according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Operating Equipment: The candidate will operate and maintain gelato making equipment and machinery.
  • Packaging and Labelling: The candidate will package and label gelato products.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: The candidate will clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: The candidate will assist with inventory management and stock control.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The candidate should have good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: The candidate should have strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Physical Fitness: The candidate should be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, as well as lift heavy objects when required.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
