Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Jeweller to join our team at the Tiffany Service Centre in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing all types of jewellery and other accessories according to Tiffany and Co. quality standards and time frames.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Servicing all types of jewellery and other accessories in accordance with Tiffany and Co. quality standards and time frames;
  • Meeting established production targets;
  • Communicating order status, product quality, and service order process-related issues;
  • Maintaining expertise in jewellery repair, restoration, and custom design.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 1-2 years of jewellery production or servicing experience;
  • Experience in the repair of all metals and all gemstone types;
  • Experience in stone setting;
  • Prior experience with watch repair is preferred;
  • Ability to meet established deadlines;
  • Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas regarding repair work and processes;
  • Competency in using state-of-the-art equipment (Laser Welder, Laser Engraver, sandblaster, plating techniques).
