Administrative School Leader

About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned and skilled leader to join our administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient school management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administration to facilitate smooth operations
- Develop and implement a school timetable responsive to curriculum and student needs
- Communicate and enforce school policies, procedures, and manage casual staff
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to support continuous improvement aligned to the school's Strategic Directions
Requirements:
- Successful teaching experience with capacity to enhance teaching, learning, and classroom practice
- Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare with ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs
- Ability to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff, and parents
- Knowledge of and commitment to Indigenous education policy
