What You'll Actually Do
  1. Turn business challenges into intuitive, AI-driven workflows that empower teams to achieve more.
  2. Design and develop MVP solutions, refining them into robust tools, flows, and automations that minimize manual effort.
  3. Connect APIs and platforms in innovative ways, ensuring seamless system interactions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous needs into clear, actionable automations.
  5. Continuously improve workflows, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
What We're Looking For
  • A solid foundation in Python programming, along with comfort working with AI/automation libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools like Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, and Airtable.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • A builder's mindset – you enjoy seeing things come together and delivering tangible value.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
