Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annumJob Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Psychologist to take on a leadership role within our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Supervisor - Senior Psychologist, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of Psychologists, while also maintaining a reduced caseload of your own clients. Your expertise and guidance will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy and assessments to our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement clinical strategies, provide advice and feedback on the clinical strategies for future growth of services, and contribute to the development of our team's clinical skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our Therapy Manager, Practice Lead Psychology, and Clinic Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

As a Clinical Supervisor - Senior Psychologist, you will be required to:

  • Manage a reduced caseload of your own clients, based on how many supervisees you have
  • Provide leadership and clinical supervision to our team of Psychologists
  • Support the development of clinical skills and knowledge in our team
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to ensure high-quality therapy and assessments
  • Contribute to the development of our team's clinical skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Full Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Experience supervising or teaching in Psychology area
  • Current driver's license
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
