  3. Strong Team Player with Capacity to Work Independently.
  4. Proficient in Food Control Plans/HACCP Principles and Maintaining Accurate Food Safety Records.
  5. Effective Communication Skills to Keep Team Informed of Production Progress.
  6. Willingsness to Assist in Other Kitchen Areas is Advantageous.
  7. Creativity and Passion for Food with Commitment to Exceptional Service.
  8. Team Player Mindset with Ability to Mentor Culinary Team Members.
  9. Certificate III Commercial Cookery Essential.
