Senior Ecologist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical ecological advice and report deliverables on various projects, primarily in NSW, with opportunities to work across our national ecology team and internationally.
- Support the NSW and National ecology team leaders in team development and business growth.
- Contribute to business development and work proposals, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
- Proactively manage projects or components of projects, ensuring quality assurance and developing client relationships.
Requirements:
- You are an experienced Ecologist with a passion for Australia's ecosystems and a desire to contribute to a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
- Tertiary qualifications in Ecology, Zoology, Botany, or other relevant degrees.
- Extensive relevant post-graduate experience, including supervising aspects of projects, applying standards, and managing resources.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing ecologists, providing technical support, and building credible working relationships.
- NSW BAM Accreditation or a desire to be accredited will be highly regarded.
