Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients through excellent customer service
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience
- Deliver high-quality chairside assistance to our dentists, working efficiently to meet the needs of our patients
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, prioritising patient safety
- Coordinate patient care from entry to the surgery, ensuring seamless recall management
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Dental Assistant, with a willingness to train and support the right candidate
- Skill in tackling challenges both independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and patient care
- Able to maintain an organised environment, with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, handling situations with a cheerful and light-hearted manner
