Job Title: Sleep Technician

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Sleep Technician. In this role, you will work closely with patients and be responsible for providing advice and services related to sleep health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing face-to-face and over-the-phone consultations to patients on sleep-related matters
  • Conducting CPAP set-ups and on-going service according to physician's prescriptions
  • Sales of products and services, processing online orders, invoicing, and general administration
  • Maintaining clinic equipment and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients

Requirements:

  • A passion for helping others and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Professional manner and confidence with computers and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a sleep-related role or a qualification in Health, Science, or Sales/Marketing
  • Compassionate and highly professional approach towards working with patients
