Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training programs in the security industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and assessment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and interactive training content for individuals and groups
  • Evaluate learner competency against established unit standards
  • Maintain effective relationships with learners and stakeholders through excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Current security license
  • 2+ years of experience in the security industry (preferred)
