Electricity Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team as a Utility Service Technician.

This role involves maintaining and servicing utility scale battery sites, working on the Megapack battery storage product. You will be part of a high-performing team, supporting battery storage sites in the Wallgrove and Smithfield region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing medium to high voltage equipment
  • Performing complex electro-mechanical tasks, including debug, rework and repair
  • Working safely in a Medium and High Voltage environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Electrician (Cert III (3)+ in Electrical/Electro Technology)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years' electrical experience within the Utility sector
  • Must have up to date Electrical Registration/License
  • Must have HV switching certification and experience
