We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our QLD Operations team at Broad & CIMIC Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of direct staff and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Site Manager or Construction Supervisor in commercial construction projects
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practices
  • Solid communication and management skills
