About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the business's back-end processes and manage relationships with third-party suppliers. As a Commercial Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for handling backend administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of various support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, contracts, and documentation
  • Update systems, process purchase requisitions, and manage invoice payments
  • Support indirect purchasing from requisition to payment, including supplier creation
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with any escalations
  • Handle monthly validation and invoicing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective admin support
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing suggestions and feedback
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and confident using various systems
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
  • Medical Device or similar industry experience
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with good problem-solving skills
