We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Platypus Shoes in Eastern Melbourne, Australia.
As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Process large volumes of stock, including picking and packing click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times, providing a memorable shopping experience for our customers
- Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
