Current OpportunityWe are seeking a paid trainee to undertake a Certificate III in Process Plant Operations through TAFE, while gaining full-time, hands-on experience in operating and maintaining well site equipment, gathering systems, pipelines, water storage facilities, and associated infrastructure. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role and beyond.
- Operate and maintain well site equipment, gathering systems, pipelines, water storage facilities, and associated infrastructure safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, fault find, and optimize production equipment to maximize performance.
- Perform basic maintenance of surface equipment and facilities, including vegetation regrowth control.
- Compile daily reports and maintain maintenance logs.
- Supervise and coordinate operations engaged contractors.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Live locally in the Roma or Wandoan region.
- Hold a current Queensland driver's licence.
- Be willing to complete relevant training and studies required for the traineeship, including a Certificate III in Process Plant Operations.
- Be willing to start in January 2025.
