Product Governance Specialist

You will play a vital role in supporting the Projects & BAU Masterdata Portfolio Management team in delivering effective, timely, and accurate product support to customers and managing product master data across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, maintaining product master data, and ensuring data consistency across multiple ERPs. They will also lead and implement product discontinuation processes, drive harmonization and commercial success, and champion a positive and inclusive culture within the team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Portfolio & Marketing Team, Customer Service Team, Supply Chain Planning Team, and Product and Business Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing data governance policies
  • Maintaining product master data, including new item setups, descriptions, database audits, price updates, and alternatives
  • Ensuring data consistency across multiple ERPs
  • Leading and implementing product discontinuation processes
  • Driving harmonization and commercial success
  • Championing a positive and inclusive culture within the team
