Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery services.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.
- Liaise with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.
- Exhibit a strong patient focus and treating all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equality.
- Support a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care services through a patient-centric and collaborative approach.
We are looking for someone who is highly enthusiastic, motivated, and quick to adapt in a supportive environment. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality radiation therapy services and a strong commitment to patient care.
Requirements- Current AHPRA Registered Radiation Therapist with QLD Radiation Use Licence.
- Proven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that inspire the trust and confidence required to build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and a commitment to, the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy services.
- Ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.
- Understanding of the service delivery model within the private healthcare sector.
- Demonstrable capacity to work effectively and positively both independently, and as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
