Role Overview

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, educating them on our innovative products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction is memorable and tailored to their individual needs.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging walk-in guests promptly and making them feel welcome.
  • Educate customers about our products and services through various channels, including calls, emails, texts, and outbound events.
  • Manage sales pipelines effectively by collecting customer contacts and scheduling test drives for interested individuals.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and delivery targets by meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute sales and delivery operations efficiently, providing a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
  • Support the delivery and installation of our products, presenting and selling effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership phases.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions during their purchase experience.
  • Educate customers on the purchase and delivery process from initial contact to delivery day.
  • Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery appointments.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Handle trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
  • Perform direct deliveries from Delivery Centres to customers' homes as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for transforming personal transportation.
  • Ability to understand and communicate business issues and technical concepts.
  • Strong teamwork mentality and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Mastery of our products and services; stay updated on EV industry trends and incentives.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum 2-year clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licensing where applicable.
