Production Line Operative

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced production environment.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with machinery and be able to operate equipment with precision and attention to detail. You will be responsible for preparing plant and equipment in accordance with relevant SOPs, following job sheets, and carrying out formulations with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare plant and equipment in accordance with relevant SOPs.
- Follow job sheets and carry out formulations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comply with all general safety directions for the workplace.
- Ensure that all raw materials are QC approved before using.
- Ensure all raw materials being returned to the store are done so in the prescribed manner.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 20 kilograms.
- Able to multitask and to foresee and avoid problems.
- Able to work independently, in a safety and quality conscious manner, with a team.
- Experience working with a WMS and RF Scanners is desirable.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $27.00 per hour.
- No less than 38 hours per week.
- Afternoon shift, day shift, Monday to Friday, overtime available.
- Penalty rates applicable.
Work Requirements:
- Australia work authorization required.
- Work location: In-person.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a machine operator.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
