As an Assistant Fulfilment Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of online shopping in Queensland. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Supporting management of day-to-day Customer Order operations by coaching teams to ensure online orders are picked and packed accurately">
  • Ensuring CFC tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures, including food safety and security standards">
  • Providing team and operational feedback, ideas, and concerns to improve our offer to customers">

We're looking for someone who is innovative, not content with the status quo, and always looking for new ways to delight our customers. If you have retail management experience, previous online manager experience, knowledge of online order fulfilment processes and systems, and effective written and verbal communication skills, we want to hear from you.
