At life-bearing-education, we're seeking an exceptional Learning Mentor to join our team and bring learning to life for students in a dynamic outside environment. As a key member of our community, you'll be responsible for assisting children with homework, exam preparation, and addressing topics they struggle with at school.

We believe in making learning fun and engaging, so we're looking for someone who can make complex concepts practical, interesting, and build meaningful relationships with children. You'll work directly with students in one-on-one settings to help them grasp classroom concepts and may also communicate with teachers and parents to support the child's progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist students in understanding key concepts, particularly those learned in the classroom
  • Contribute to student growth and advancement by providing personalized support
  • Foster a growth mindset towards teaching practice and student learning
  • Facilitate problem-solving with critical thinking skills and a curious mind
  • Make learning enjoyable, engaging, and practical for students
  • Build strong relationships with students while teaching
  • Collaborate effectively with parents and other educators to enhance student performance
