Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to lead our HSE efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with project teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to health, safety, and the environment.
  • Develop and implement robust HSE frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Oversee pre-mobilisation HSE activities and ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Align project scopes and client requirements with internal management systems.
  • Develop and implement tailored HSE management plans that meet industry standards.
  • Support contractor management processes and foster collaborative relationships with project teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 7–10 years of HSE experience in engineering, consulting, and project delivery services.
  • Advanced Diploma in Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Formal ICAM training and incident investigations experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project delivery models, risk assessment, and contractor management.
  • Proven site-based HSE experience and exceptional communication skills.
