About the Role

This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional cleanliness and safety standards in a residential aged care setting.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene in all areas, assisting with cleaning residents' bedrooms, common areas, foyer entrances and dining ensuites, and laundering and ironing residents' clothes appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily cleaning tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in resident bedrooms, common areas, foyer entrances, and dining ensuites.
  • Launder and iron residents' clothing as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • Vaccination against Covid-19 and Flu vaccine are required for successful applicants.
  • Experience working in residential care facilities is desirable but not essential.
