Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items according to established recipes.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other cooks to prepare meals during busy dining hours.
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Rotate stock items according to established procedures to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • Restock kitchen supplies for subsequent shifts to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment at all times to prevent contamination and promote employee health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Able to read and follow standardized recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • ServeSafe Certification is a plus, but not necessary.
Work Schedule:
  • Evenings and weekends are required, with flexible scheduling to accommodate changing business needs.
