As a seasoned SAP professional, we are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our SAP practice forward. Delivering a comprehensive range of SAP solutions to clients in the Federal Government sector is a key area of focus.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the SAP practice.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of highly skilled SAP consultants.
- Act as the primary SAP Subject Matter Expert for all sales pursuits.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, identify new opportunities, and win new business.
- Create and present compelling value propositions across SAP HANA capabilities.
- Maintain robust project governance and act as a key escalation point for complex SAP projects.
- Proven experience in IT Professional Services, specifically in SAP solution delivery and practice leadership.
- Deep understanding of the SAP landscape, including ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA, technical and functional modules.
- Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrated success in building, managing, and motivating diverse technical teams.
- Strong expertise in business development, pre-sales, and selling complex IT solutions, ideally within the Federal Government or large enterprise sectors.
- Outstanding client management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, coupled with executive presence.
- Demonstrated experience working with Federal Government clients in Australia.
