Key Role: Data Pipeline Specialist

We are seeking a skilled data pipeline specialist to join our team.

  • Design, optimize, and scale data pipelines using software engineering best practices (testing, version control, automation).
  • Structure dbt projects and layers (staging, intermediate, marts) to ensure clarity, reusability, and business alignment.
  • Embed validation checks at key points in the DAG to monitor data quality and reliability.
  • Create data models in Snowflake + dbt to support marketing, growth, subscription, customer, and demographic analytics.
  • Write SQL and Python code to deliver production-ready transformations, optimizations, and automation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure data is both technically robust and business-relevant.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and deployment strategies to ensure pipelines are tested, versioned, and easily scalable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
  • Ability to design pipelines using software engineering best practices.
  • Understanding of data quality validation frameworks and how to embed them in orchestration.
  • Strong communication skills – able to bridge technical detail with business outcomes.
