About the Job

We are looking for an Exterior Envelope Expert to join our team at Rimkus Consulting Group. As an Exterior Envelope Expert, you will assist in performing condition assessments of multi-residential, commercial, and institutional facilities and preparation of reports and reserve fund studies.

You will perform field investigation work and the diagnosis of building problems required to design exterior envelope remediation including exterior wall, fenestration, roof and/or structural remediation. Report writing will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in areas related to building science such as thermodynamics, heat transfer and psychometrics. You should also have understanding of building construction including methods, materials and systems.

A valid driver's license and functional vehicle (allowance and fuel paid) is required for this role.
