About the Role

This role plays a critical part in our digital transformation journey, driving change management and communications for the implementation of a new HRIS and Payroll system across the Group. As a change leader, you will ensure successful adoption and entrenchment of the system, modernizing our HR and Payroll capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop change management strategies to enable readiness, adoption, and deliver desired business benefits for the Payroll and HRIM system.
  2. Design change tactics that suit the change context and risk profile.
  3. Create personalized change journeys for impacted personas, facilitating a positive change experience.
  4. Evaluate the organization's current preparedness for the change by analyzing existing capabilities, cultural factors, and potential areas of resistance.
  5. Partner with process experts and SMEs to document the current state and outline the desired future state, clarifying the gap and defining steps needed to achieve the change effectively.
  6. Develop and execute targeted communication and stakeholder engagement plans outlining objectives, key messages, and engagement strategies for each stakeholder group.
  7. Develop targeted messages addressing unique needs and expectations of each group and create a compelling narrative.
  8. Assess skills, knowledge, and capabilities employees will need in the new environment, identifying gaps training should address.
  9. Work closely with the L&D team to design and deliver training content relevant, practical, and accessible.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large, complex HRIM and/or Payroll system change initiatives.
  • Proficiency working with various stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Teams, HR, Technology, and Payroll peers.
  • Practical understanding of change management and appreciation of its positive impact on an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Natural flair for facilitating and training others, with ease collaborating with peers at all levels.
  • Inherently elevated emotional intelligence, enjoying working in complex businesses undergoing significant change.
  • Certification in Change Management and a Bachelor or Postgraduate qualification in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience in a related role.
