Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Principal Sport and Co-Curricular, including managing schedules, events, and activities.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate and manage schedules, events, and activities related to sports and co-curricular programs, including carnivals and significant events.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with coaches, teachers-in-charge, and external partners to facilitate seamless program delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of sports events, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
  • Initiative Development: Support the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance student engagement.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Extensive administrative experience, preferably in an educational or sports setting.
  • Sport and Co-Curricular Knowledge: Strong passion for and understanding of sport and co-curricular activities.
