Early Childhood Educator Role

About the Role:

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team in supporting the implementation and delivery of high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged between 3-5 years.

The successful candidate will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hold a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or be enrolled and 50% through working towards this qualification.
  2. Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  3. Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting with a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation and regulations is preferable.
  4. Commitment to being reliable, trustworthy and honest, acting with professionalism at all times.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  6. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  7. Commitment to our mission and values of integrity, dignity, compassion and inclusiveness.
