Concrete Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily precast concrete production operations, ensuring that targets are met and high-quality products are delivered.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire production staff, and experience in managing materials and inventory.
The Production Supervisor will work closely with QA teams to resolve defects and implement preventative measures, and will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment through regular audits and toolbox talks.
The role requires strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and production schedules.
Process improvement and Lean manufacturing principles are also desirable, as is familiarity with compliance registers, tagging systems, and incident documentation.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to effectively manage conflicts and build strong relationships with colleagues.
