We are looking for a team member to play a key role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The role involves working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and buff floors, as well as collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark. A passion for cleanliness and a keen eye for detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining the store's interior and exterior, including floors, shelves, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains.
  • Collecting and reorganizing trolleys and other equipment to ensure efficient operation of the store.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting any issues or defects to management.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer queries.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods. Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days is also required.
