We are seeking an experienced Communication, Engagement and Marketing Lead to join our team.

The role will involve supporting the development of communications strategies across various programs and projects. The successful candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder engagement and management, as well as the ability to manage and deliver communications functions or to manage outsourced commercial contracts delivering these services.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and management, with a focus on complex major projects or waste and recycling services.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage and deliver communications functions or to manage outsourced commercial contracts delivering these services.

In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including contractors, industry bodies, project teams, senior executives, and government departments to ensure delivery of high-quality communications outcomes.

You will be responsible for reviewing and providing advice on project communications materials and strategies, ensuring contractor performance aligns with core government objectives and guidelines, and developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders.
