**About Fetch**

At Fetch, we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our facilities team. As a key member of our operations department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our equipment, machinery, and systems.

About the Role:

  • Lead and supervise a team of skilled maintenance technicians to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance and extend asset lifespan.
  • Oversee plant maintenance, including management of Fitter/Turners, to guarantee seamless production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and develop proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all work is conducted safely and in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of maintenance staff.
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies, minimizing their impact on operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute improvement projects that drive efficiency gains.
  • Assist in managing the maintenance budget to optimize resource allocation.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is highly desirable.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including maintenance management software.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary.
