The Role

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Proactive Support team at Monash Health Community. The successful incumbent will work collaboratively with Senior Clinician Dietitians and Team Leaders to provide best practice patient care and achieve operational effectiveness.

The Dietitian will be responsible for working within the team to develop organisational competencies, create strong partnerships within and outside Monash Health, and deliver evidence-based care to clients. This role requires experience in acute care as well as an understanding of community services.

About You

  • You are a dynamic clinician with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • You have sound skills in assessing and planning patient discharge requirements and knowledge of community health support services.
  • You are an advocate of Monash Health's Strategic Guiding Principles and committed to providing person-centered care.

What You Need

  • An approved undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from a DA-accredited course or equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHP registration or registration with National Registration Authority.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
  • Australian working rights.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum
