- Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a tidy environment, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with residents, families, and colleagues, building trust and rapport.

- Previous Experience in Care: Proven experience in caring for older adults within a care setting, with a focus on activities and enrichment.
- Relevant Qualifications: Current Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support, or willingness to complete.
- First Aid Certificate: Possession of a current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
