Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a streamlined eCommerce Studio space, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality product images.
  • Manage the Product Critical Path, scheduling targets, and product availability for photo shoots.
  • Collaborate with the external production company to communicate and execute photo shoot requirements.
  • Monitor shoot budgets, identify areas for improvement, and implement more efficient workflows and procedures.
  • Verify that product representation online aligns with the design aesthetic and vision at collection creation stage.
Requirements
  • Strong lighting and composition skills, creativity, vision, and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Experience working in a professional photography studio/e-commerce environment.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient communication and engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders.
